Sorry it's been so long since I've submitted an emoticon o_O I have several in the works, I just haven't found time to work on them O_o This one was having major transparency problems, but my brother helped me to fix them, and here it is!!

I'm sure all of you with cellphones have experienced this little emote's agony many times. I love how he just pulls out another phone and just starts talking again

My phone gets unreliable reception at my house, so calls get dropped quite often and I have to tell people to call me back at my home phone
